Creamy Garlic Green Beans

A perfect side dish choice for your next weeknight or fancy meal.

Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 1/2 cup heavy 35% cream 
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley 

Instructions:

  1. Blanch beans 3-4 minutes, drain 
  2. Sauté garlic in a pan for a minute until fragrant
  3. Add cream and Parmesan, bring to a simmer stirring until smooth.
  4. Toss in the green beans until evenly coated.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve.
