A perfect side dish choice for your next weeknight or fancy meal.
Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy 35% cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
Instructions:
- Blanch beans 3-4 minutes, drain
- Sauté garlic in a pan for a minute until fragrant
- Add cream and Parmesan, bring to a simmer stirring until smooth.
- Toss in the green beans until evenly coated.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
