
So easy, so quick, so satisfying.
Ingredients:
- 75g chocolate (dark or semi-sweet)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 3 cups of store-bought trail mix (any combination of nuts, dried fruit, pub mix etc.)
Instructions:
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave for 20 seconds, stir and repeat until chocolate is melted.
- Add the trail mix and mix well until completely covered with chocolate.
- Spread the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper that has been lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Spread the mixture until as flat as possible. Wet your fingers or spatula to reduce stickiness.
- Lay flat in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until hardened.
- Break it up into pieces and store in a container. Keep refrigerated.
