Easily Remove Plastic Wrap from a Cucumber

The battle of the plastic wrap on a cucumber is over!

Instructions:

  1. Slice off what you need if not using the whole cucumber at once.
  2. Slice off the end.
  3. With a sharp knife, cut lengthwise about a 1/4" deep all across the cucumber.
  4. Remove the plastic wrap.
