A warm and scoopable party appetizer that is creamy, tangy and irresistibly cheesy.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups finely chopped marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese (8 oz. or 227g)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp diced pimentos
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced diagonally
Instructions:
- Place all the ingredients except the green onions in a large bowl and mix thoroughly to combine.
- Spray a pie dish or 9"x9" cake pan with nonstick cooking spray and place the mixture in spreading it out evenly.
- Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with thinly sliced green onions and serve with crackers.
