Baked Artichoke and Feta Dip

A warm and scoopable party appetizer that is creamy, tangy and irresistibly cheesy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups finely chopped marinated artichoke hearts 
  • 1 1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese (8 oz. or 227g)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise 
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 
  • 3 tbsp diced pimentos 
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped 
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced diagonally 

Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients except the green onions in a large bowl and mix thoroughly to combine.
  2. Spray a pie dish or 9"x9" cake pan with nonstick cooking spray and place the mixture in spreading it out evenly.
  3. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Garnish with thinly sliced green onions and serve with crackers.
